Chicken Soup Recipe


1 whole chicken 

10 cups of water

⅓  cup of oil

2 heads of garlic

1 ½  yellow onions

6 slices ginger

3 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoons chicken bouillon

2 teaspoons veggie soy sauce


  1. Pour oil into pot and heat 30 seconds.
  2. Fry chicken until brown about 5 mins.
  3. Add 10 cups of water.
  4. Crush 2 heads of garlic, and chop 1 ½ onions.
  5. Add garlic, onions, 3 teaspoons salt,1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 2 teaspoons veggie sauce.
  6. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for one hour.
